This is a follow up to my review if bad service MIstubihi wanted me to remove the bad reviews I put out, and that he would be willing to pay me back half of the cost for brakes, and the cleaning fee if I did that. Some advice: Do not ever use Mitsubishi in White Bear Lake for service. I have a Mitsubishi Mirage with 54,000 on it. I stopped in because I thought I heard a small break noise. They checked the brakes and told me they looked fine at 5mm so no issues. They said they could clean them if I wanted, so I did. Ever since then my brakes squeal really load. I went back, and they told me they had to clean them again, didn't charge me but said they had to clean them again. Again, they said they were at 5mm. Still squealing. I had the... read more

So I own a 2020 sioverado and unfortunately I got the hang of washing my vehicle at Mr car wash since I bought it NEW ... so I kotoce it had some spider lines going all over my truck and mr car wash said it wasn't their fault but the dealers.... anyways I came to WBMitsubishi and asked if they could hand wash , buff it and wax and see if they could solve my problem.... the gentleman name WAYNE from Detail did such a WONDERFUL JOB taking down majority of those spider lines away ?? ?? ?? ?? I had my car detailed on 9/25/21 at White Bear Mitsubishi and dealt with Wayne. I could not have had a better experience. Wayne was respectful and engaging as I talked with him. The car was cleaned to an impeccable level. I am always treated like a king at this dealership. I love the Mitsubishi product and the people that work at White Bear Mitsubishi!

As always I am blown away by the customer service. Yesterday someone tried stealing my catalytic converter. Thankfully it was unsuccessful. But my exhaust pipe was hanging from my car. I had my 2018 Outlander Sport towed to White Bear Mitsubishi and someone was able to look at my car and give me a quote on the damage and the estimated cost to repair all within 30 minutes of having my car there.
