Customer service was great! I had a three year check-up on my Beetle yesterday. They did a wonderful job. My service was going to take 2.5 hours, so I opted to have them take me to a nearby mall. The driver was nice and he was safe and courteous both ways. I recommend taking a car in for service at White Allen on Springboro Pike.
Stranded? NOT with White Allen!! Even on a cold rainy day White Allen performs with customer service! I recently purchased a new car at White Allen. I had taken my car back for the regular detailing/cleaning that you get with every new car purchase. White Allen provided me with a rental for the day. 7th car we have purchased with White Allen! Stan McKnight continues to live up to our standards with White Allen. Tell him what your looking for and he will deliver. My parents, brother, and I have all bought our last two cars from White Allen. We recently bought a Toyota Camry from White Allen. That's right, I would rather buy a Camry from an Audi dealership than a Toyota dealership with the service White Allen deliverers. In 4 years we will be back to buy our 8th!
