Very impressed with Tim, the Porsche Manager that came in to introduce himself, provide his card and offer his assistance with any issues that I might have. The amount of time consumed was somewhat unnecessary though - mostly on closing the transaction with the finance guy. New VW Purchase Jamie Hanlon (VW Sales Manager) went way over-and-above to find the exact car we wanted and to get it to the dealership. His price was also very good and the overall buying experience with Earnest Hanselman was performed in a very professional manner.

Katina at Audi Service Katina was exceptional. She was timely in returning calls and providing information about what the car needed. She was also patient while we determined how we would proceed. She was friendly and really interested in providing us with the best service possible.
Headlight problem with a 2000 XJ8 Service manager / technician resolved the lighting problem in less than 30 minutes and us out of the dealership in thirty minutes.;
James Schluter An electronic transfer of funds would have made things much easier, but I initially was told you didn't do that. Almost a necessity in today's world
