I spent 200 dollars for a tire balance. My loaner vehicle was not ready. I had to get one from enterprise 50 minutes after the fact. I was not notified my vehicle was ready. I bought my car new in 2015 as soon as the warranty was over there politeness ended. As I look for my next new vehicle I will not go back there to purchase.

Was there on a Sat morning did not have a appt theygot me in and out great job.
I Went there to get my oil changed. I have never been treated so professionally or kindly at a car dealership. I asked if I could bring my class there for a field trip. The next day, we were treated to a grand tour of the entire facility. My kids screamed with delight when they started up one of the corvettes in the showroom. They will never forget that field trip!

These guys can't be trusted. They agree on a price and then they conveniently figure out they made a mistake with their math. If you want to buy a new car or truck go to Voss Chevrolet in Centerville.
