If your from out of town DO NOT use this dealership for repairs. You talking about a rip off when your down and out. I'm not going into detail theirs too much to mention,( lying, overcharges, poor workmanship, etc etc etc). You folks can argue about it all you want, but after you got $1,603. from me after the body man lied about even checking with insurance company. A/C don't work passenger door opener and window doesn't work, just all around junk service. Thank you White Allen Chevrolet for being a sorry ass dealership.
They confirmed an appointment then sold the car from underneath me the very next day. Awful.
Going this morning time to get winter oil change. I like I got call to remind me of appointment this morning.
Stay away! Never take your car here for service! Takes forever and they break parts while they attempt to fix what it was there for!
