I leave at this property and Im very sad that the maintenance guy was fired due that he dont want to do another people job in another communitty. I cant tell you how sad Im he is a cvery hard working person. However Mrs. Rodriguez ( "The Property Manager") is the one that needs to be fired. She dont treat the Residents FAIR and Have a lot Fair Housing issues that Im aware. 1st. she like to charge over deposit to the appliacants she dont like. 2nd. My mothers lease is up in June and Im getting her out of there as quick as I can. The managers friend lives next door and tells my mother everything from how she hates the maintenance man because he thinks he knows everything to how she wants to fire the new lady because she is lazy and calls out all the time. She even tells her about which tenants have money and which dont. These seniors will not complain about her because she tells them she wont renew their lease and they are afraid. This is the worst apartment complex to live in! The property Manager Lynnette Rodriguez is like Ben Stillers character in Happy Gilmore. I think the tenants would live better in Cuba! I know this because i was a tenant there for years so this is by experience. She lies, she falsifies records, she has been caught filing claims on tenants security deposits with out dated pictures of other tenants apartments. This property is a joke and manager is a uneducated ignorant person who doesnt know how to treat people. My Mother lived there for 2yrs and I moved her out because she couldnt take the managers abuse anymore. I spoke with other residents and they all said the same thing they want her out but there scared of her. Its a terrible that seniors should live this way but they wont speak. I could see Im not alone on seeing how badly the property is being run. I had my dad live there too. And had run into this crazy women working as the property manager (Lynette). She is like a crooked prison guard to this senior community. Threatening seniors and forcing them to keep there mouths closed. Or she would not renew their leases. This property is a senior community run by a Property Manager thats intimidating and evil to the seniors living there. If you are kissing up to this person she will treat you well and let you get away with all. But if you dont beware shes got her eye on you and will make your life a living hell. The apartments are great maintenance is wonderful. But beware of Lynette Rodriguez. I wouldnt send my mother to live there.
