Nice, safe, clean apartment living for seniors. Neighbors seem to truly care for one another. Plenty of activities for fun and fellowship as well as meeting the seniors health and well being needs. I have no issues with manager on site I find her to be strict with rules but kind and fair. Theresa Eling
I usually dont write reviews but this Manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I work as a home health aid and went to visit a client at whistlers park apartments. The clients apartment was burning hot and humid so I asked her why she didnt have the AC on and she told me she was scared to let the office know because the manager doesnt like to be bothered, I asked the tenant for the telephone number to the office so I can call for her. My grandmother lived in this community and she loved the community but could not stand the property manager. This woman was always rude, condescending, intimidating and just down right nasty. The only thing hurting this property is the property manager! The apts are decent most have the smell and evidence of mold. Lynnette Rodriguez aka nothing but love (property manager) Blames everyone else but herself thats why no one wants to work for her and why the complex is way less than 50% occupied. She is driven by emotions thats why she commented on everyones review down below offering forgiveness for "our sad" lives. The only 4 star rating (not even a 5) was written by herself not a customer. Now thats sad.

Is an adult community full of wonderful neighbors, is a clean and beautiful community close to everything. Property Manager is strict and understands the quality of life that you are looking for. We are full at the moment but you can always apply and be on the waiting list that is not that long. We have a lot of activities that the residents enjoys.
