This apartments suck! I get woken up daily at 6:30 a.m. by the dog below me who happens to be massive! Management doesn't help with anything when we need them. My car has been vandalized ,& I've even been threatened! They've came into my apartment when I wasnt home told them they couldn't do that and was told to clean my restroom! How rude ! My fiancé has been threatened twice by someone at these apartments and the office mangers refuse to do a thing about it. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Wish there was a way to break the lease. Without paying a ridiculous fee.
Screwed me out of $100 would not recommend at all was very rude and they try to act nice at first but then they are rude and take your money, Holly and Jennifer are the worse to work with!! Never ever in a million years would I advise people to come close to this place. I am going to the BBB and everything, they lie and and I would be ashamed if I was this company, I think if everyone that is getting cheated should get together to fight against this joke of a company!!!
Rude staff. Will nickel and dime you for all you're worth. Don't plan on getting your deposit back...

Screwed my wife and I out of 360 dollars then tried putting a charge off on our credit report. Look elsewhere if your looking in west O.
