My family have been at Whispering Ridge since August 2019 while our home is being built. From the office staff Mary, JC, Libby and others to maintenance Troy, all are very friendly and top notch. All of them are always very willing to help...if any issues arise they will go above and beyond to get it taken care of quickly. Our 1st floor apartment is nice and we don’t have any complaints. I lived here from may 2016-may 2017 and let me just tell you this place and it's management is a joke. They micromanage the way they we live. Perhaps it's just me they micromanage but I can't imagine why. My sister and I decided to move in here because of location and the prices weren't that bad. But we have since regretted moving here. I wasn't going to review Whispering Ridge at first because I wanted to take the high road but after today, I am finally at my breaking point and I haven't even been a resident for 2 years! First, the apartment I lived in was infested with mice. They lived in my walls and chewed through my cabinets. When I reported it, it didn't get taken very seriously. Strongly recommend NOT choosing this apartment. Multiple issues with apartment that were never fixed and most office staff is incompetent. Have heard maintenance guys badmouth residents that request things be fixed and or cleaned. Cops, CSI truck, fire department are a weekly occurrence. Apartments on first floor flood when it rains, when it snows they get snow in them, housekeeping in communal area is none existent, over priced for what you get.
