RecommendedWe toured the facility mid July and knew these were the apartments for us. Cathy explained everything in detail and answered EVERY question we had ... even days after touring. We moved in end of August and we couldn’t be happier. We love our unit and the staff is amazing. Thank you all for being an awesome team, we couldn’t have picked a better property ❤️

Looking for a nice place to live? I would recommend Whispering Pines Ranch. I personally worked with Cathy during my application & move-in process. Cathy is very helpful & sweet. Moving from out of state was a bit intimidating, I’m happy I made a good decision for me & my little family. This is a safe place with good schools. One thing I would say is the garbage piles up but it’s the residents who need to stop throwing their garbage on the ground. Other than that this place is pretty cool.
Whispering Pines Ranch is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and will be the last one I live in until I purchase a home. There are great amenities like a gymnasium, sport court and swimming pool. It is very quiet and crime free as our management and courtesy officer work well together to deter crime from occurring here as well as any undesirable element. I am posting this review for current residents who cannot do so because they are afraid of backlash from management. Who wants to live someplace where there is literally garbage piling up. Residents have been complaining for weeks and management does nothing. I was recommending this apartment complex to people moving into the area but I will no longer do so. The smell of garbage in this heat... 🤢

At the time our valet trash service was experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and extreme inclement weather. Our trash service normally comes Sunday through Thursday, and our maintenance team always handles emergencies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have had to put in 4 request for maintenance less then a month living there. Management is very rude and not helpful with any requests they are super nice before you move in but once they got you in they are totally different people
We recently applied at Whispering Pines and had to change our plans due to COVID, Cathy and the entire staff have been more than accommodating and helpful throughout this stressful time for us. We are so glad to have chosen this to be our new home!
