I recently toured the property as I will be relocating to The Woodlands in the summer and loved the property. Cathy McDaniel was very friendly and super helpful with all my questions. I’m not needing the apt until next summer but will definitely reach back out.

The leasing agent Charlene was great, she really sold us on this apartment complex. The neighbors are very nice and friendly and it’s in a great area.

Me and my husband are looking to transfer to the area early summer. We spoke with Cathy and she was very detailed w/all the pricing and information about their property. She also offered to send us different virtual tours since we are not able to tour at this time. If our transfer comes through, we will definitely be contacting Cathy.
I was referred to Whispering Pines by a friend who used to live there. I spoke with Cathy and she was very outgoing and informative. I am not looking until late summer but she still gave me detail information about the property and the other fees. She said she would follow up closer to when I would need to move. I'm excited to hear back on their options. Photos of the property are beautiful and maintained nicely. I give 5 stars

Friendly people, wonderful family location with walking trails and store close by. The maintenance and front office staff is top notch. Cathy McDaniel has been a pleasure to work with she’s always quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond when you have questions. She’s been awesome.
