I thoroughly enjoy living at Whispering Hills Apartments, Michelle and the maintenance team here are amazing, always so prompt to help me with anything that I need! Great location too!
This is an excellent place to live. We only moved out because we were leaving Madison. The neighborhood is beautiful, has a park and lake access close by. The property is right on the bus line and the cycling route. Michelle was delightful to deal with and promptly addressed any issues we had. Overall, I'm a bit sad we had to leave.

My wife and I rented a 2-bedroom townhome in the 1700 block of Norman Way for 10 months. We only moved out because we bought a house. We really liked this apartment. Major pluses: attached (1-car) garage with plenty of outdoor parking for our other car; basement storage area; beautiful neighborhood with lots of interesting houses, parks, and lake views (great for walks); neighborhood seemed pretty safe; right on 70/71/72 bus routes straight down University Ave. Drawbacks: kitchen is somewhat small and narrow, with scarce wit... read more
