I stayed here and management is no help no maintence to do repairs you fix all your self rent is 1609 for scrappy 2 bed and I was racially profiled as well please don't come here not worth it UNPROFESSIONAL APPARTMENTS
The apartment layout is spacious and comfortable. Vaulted ceilings on the third floor, closet space, and fireplace are a PLUS. Very dog-friendly community. Great location near I-25 and lots of walking trails. On the downside, there are some things the complex can work on: - There is never enough parking. They even tow their own residents. - Lack of communication & timely response with maintenance requests. - Management has changed multiple times in just 6 months. - Office is very hard to reach on the phone.

We've lived here since May and we love it....wonderful area....wildlife....peaceful area with quiet neighbors....attentive Maintenance and Management staff....I would truly recommend friends and family to live here....the 2/2 that we have is amazing....gorgeous wood burning fireplace *major plus for us*....our unit was just redone a bit and it includes neat wood flooring as well as a brand new washer and dryer!
