The service here is beyond disappointing—completely unhelpful and frustrating at every turn. What really pushed me over the edge was being charged after I had already moved out and left a deposit. I did everything by the book, yet somehow they still found a way to squeeze more money out of me. It feels like they just wait for you to leave so they can tack on surprise charges.
Lived here for a year and it was giving emotional damage. 1. AC said “I’m out” mid-July and maintenance ghosted me harder than my situationship. 2. Walls thinner than my patience—could hear my neighbor’s TikTok dances AND their breakup. 3. Parking? Hunger Games. May the odds be ever in your favor. 4. Rent kept climbing like it was training for Everest, but the vibe stayed basement-level. So, If you’re into stress, noise, and paying luxury prices for mid-tier chaos, this is your spot. Otherwise… run.
