I’ve lived here for years, and you’d think that would count for something—but apparently, the only thing that sticks around longer than longtime residents is the complete lack of accountability from management. This apartment is infested with roaches. There are issues with the bathroom sink, and the A/C doesn’t work properly. The office never answers the phone when you try to get help. Even when you submit a maintenance request through the app, it takes forever for them to fix anything. The maintenance guy is always rude and seems angry every time he shows up. Terrible experience overall.
Went to visit my Tia for the 2nd time since she moved there and I am impressed that they had the pool ready for summer. Also, before we used to hear people partying at all hours of the night with loud music but that stopped. Whatever they are doing, they are doing a great job. Thank you for keeping it safe for my family.
I am forever grateful for the addition of the security that has been posted to the property. Ever since they got the new property manager, Abel, I am starting to see good changes.
