Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks — I had a leaking ceiling that took nearly a month to fix, and even then it was a patch job.
These apartments are a mess. Nothing gets maintained, and even when you put in a maintenance request, they either ignore it or pretend it never happened. Then they have the nerve to send you to collections for problems they never fixed in the first place. It’s beyond frustrating.
