Was worth the drive for me. Julie was very nice and went out of her way so we could do the test. She explained everything so I could understand it (cochlear implant). If you want advise on your hearing problems this is the place to go.
The audiologist here is very knowledgeable and thorough. Parking is very accessible at this place.
It is always a pleasure to work with Julie Bowen. She is thoughtful, kind and knowledgable.

Julie was attentive & listened what I had to say. Instructed on the things I needed to do. As well as. Julie the Audiologist, attended to my hearing needs very well! She took the time to connect my Bluetooth device to my Cochlears. Right side. I chose to not connect the left side at this time...for personal reasons. Look forward to seeing her next year mapping session. BTW Julie also let me continue using the right coil until Cochlear replace right coil. That was very generous .
