Paula will cancel set appointments last minute stating “conflict in scheduling”. Unprofessional.
Julie is amazing she listens to my issues with cochlear processor and corrects them. Love how she is personally as well very nice lady. I drive 1 hr. to go to her but its worth it will continue to go there thanks to Julie.
A wonderful place shared with professional care with service that will sit down and talk with you not only about hearing issues, but also what Hearing aid will do the job and fit your budget.
This location is very hard to find if not familiar but other than that it was a very pleasant experience. Julie and her receptionist were very knowledgeable and great to deal with.
The folks at Whisper Hearing are wonderful to work with, provide details on the various hearing aid options and don’t try to pressure you into anything. They guide you properly through the whole process.
