Great Place – They treated the building as if it were their own! From an accounting standpoint, their bookkeeping systems always allowed me to know where I stood in terms of revenues and expenses and when taxes were due and reconciliation statements were issued, I knew I could rest assured that their work would clearly indicate to me and my tenants what our status was.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – HORRID customer service. My neighbor has dealt with a rude guy, they've let service people in unannounced, and Robert Winger is completely unprofessional. He called me a year and a half ago - I had NEVER talked to him before or even heard of him. He didn't identify himself as being from Whisler, he only said his name, so I thought he was a telemarketer. I thought he asked me how my job was, so I said fine.
