CHECK THIS COMPANY'S BBB RATING BEFORE YOU RENT. This company is FAMOUS for falsifying yelp reviews, and reviews all around the internet, and regularly does so. I rented from them for over two years. Refused to fix anything, even had to withhold rent to get a sink fixed. Will not return any of your deposit, even with receipts proving that the carpets were professionally cleaned, painted, etc. Gave us a 60-day notice saying that the owners wanted to move into the property, which was a lie. They treated the building as if it were their own! From an accounting standpoint, their bookkeeping systems always allowed me to know where I stood in terms of revenues and expenses and when taxes were due and reconciliation statements were issued, I knew I could rest assured that their work would clearly indicate to me and my tenants what our status was.
The maintenance person, Sara(h?) is actually great. She's prompt and friendly and has always been really nice to me.
