I was in Jacksonville on business and staying in a hotel nearby...went into this place once and it immediately became my “watering hole” for the week. The staff are so friendly, the clientele come from all backgrounds and ages and are eager to chat! I felt so welcome even though I was far from home. The food is delicious as well and even though it’s not all vegetarian-friendly, you swap out any of the beef burgers for black bean and it’s delicious. Food was nice except our dinner came out before we were finished with the appetizers - this is a pet peeve of mine. The waitress was very pleasant. More interesting draft beers please.
I've tried twice at this location and it's the service. Forget good service, I've yet to receive any service.

I ordered a black and chicken salad to take home with me after I ate their wings which were okay well when the waitress brought me my salad in a takeout box thank God I looked at it and it was no chicken in it was just salad so I told to waiter and he brought it back to me and I just glanced at it when I got home I noticed that they had took half of the salad out so it was maybe a cup of salad and all the wrestlers chicken it just wasn't what I ordered I thought I'd get a full salad I was very dissatisfied with that I doubt ... read more

Update: spoke with the manager on duty. We did forget the chicken, but corrected the error immediately once informed. Nobody removed lettuce though. Possibly they didn't put enough in the to go container. Once the chicken was placed inside, the lettuce probably settled more. We'll correct the lack of consistency in lettuce quantity. Regardless, you should not have had to deal with this. I have a free salad for you.

We were seated immediately and our server was quick to introduce herself and take our drink orders. I was pleased with the beer selection, and I can't recommend the crispy avocado fries and crab and artichoke dip highly enough. Both were fantastic. I had a good time, and I'd go back.
