I've been to the restaurant off of Baymeadows about six different times usually on a Friday nights & have always had great service & food. Maybe the LIVE music was loud on one occasion? I'm kidding. I can't think of s single thing to complain about. Always an enjoyable experience! We'll be back again!

Hey, Paul. I read your review and did some investigating. There was a complete misunderstanding. The manager didn't ask them to quit, but only to break for 15 minutes while they figured the sound. When the manager walked away, the hosts started packing up. Nonetheless, that doesn't make it right and I'm sorry. I've spoken to the hosts and the manager. They too are remorseful. My chef is out of the country and my sous-chef had to leave before the shift for an emergency. I had two new trainees and another gentleman that had never worked a grill before. Our son, Scott, loves this place and I can see why. Food and service are excellent. Added bonus - on Fathers' Day there was live music that was fantastic!
This is my third time here. I absolutely LOVE the food. The service stresses me out every time I'm here. My husband and I like to come on Saturday days to get away from our side of town. For some reason service is always terrible. It's hard to get all you can drink mimosas when you barely see your server. As of now we have been waiting for a waffle that was ordered when we ordered our food. We already waited 30 minutes for our food now we have to wait longer for a waffle. Makes me sad since I do love the food.
