Food and entertainment are great! Service is almost always very slow and the servers tend to pay attention anything but their customers. I regularly have to "find" a waiter/waitress even after they seat me and even getting seated takes time if there is a line. I will say that we had an excellent server once we tracker one down. Unfortunately she usually works at the other location.

David, thanks for the review. I'm sorry your service was slower than you'd like. I'm guessing you typically come on Sundays. We try to schedule the right amount of servers using the info provided to us by promoter bringing the artists, but it's challenging. There's a balance to keep the customers happy and the servers (so they make money and don't quit). Again, I'm sorry. I will speak with my partner though. I had a friend visiting this weekend and took her for brunch on Sunday. The food was awesome and staff great! Love this place!! ❤️

Awesome night of talent at Whiskey Jax Sunday night with Mojo Roux, Lindsey Whittington, Ryan Heeckt and Jimmy Alexander. I thank you Mike Kaufmann for bringing such amazing talent together. Enjoyed the food, drinks, company and the entertainment. Was a great way to spend a Birthday.

Poor service and food wasn't all the way cooked !!!! Second times this has happened to me ..... will not be eating there again but, will go to Support my local musician's that get's Gig's there ....
A bit pricey but overall good food and assorted drink menu.

Thanks for the review, Sherry. We try to be a bit below market, but we do offer linen napkins, candlelit tables and a lot of complimentary live music. We unfortunately have to cover those costs.
