Unbelievable, worst experience ever. Dr. Whisenant yelled at a female employee of his in front of patients to the point where he made her cry. One lady patient walked out after waiting in the exam room for 3 hours. He told her to get back in the exam room or he will discharge her without being seen. I personally waited 4 hours. He even cursed a staff member named Robert in front of me threatening to fire him if he couldn't keep the patients in the exam room. This was my 2nd visit here.
I would never recommend Dr. Whisenant to anyone. The waiting time in the office is usually four hours and sometimes more. He does not communicate with patient, he sits and types on his computer. Treats his staff I'n a very disrespectful manner. I would not go back nor would I ever recommend that anyone work for him.
Most unprofessional doctor I've ever dealt with in my life! He talked over my father as well as myself, while we were trying to explain my dad's situation. He raised his voice and had an accusatory tone implying I lied on some paperwork. I tried explaining that my 78 year old father simply misunderstood one of the questions. He was beyond rude. I wouldn't recommend him to take care of my dog!
3HR TO 4HR WAIT TIME ON 7 OUT OF 12 VISITS INJECTION IN WRONG AREA WHILE UNDER CUT PAIN MEDS MORE THAN HALF WHAT I HAD BEEN ON FOR LAST 10 YEARS I NOW TAKE OTC MEDS ON TOP OF WHAT HE PRESCRIBES MORE THAN EVER IN MY LIFE !!!!!!!!
