Dr W was my pain management specialist for over 5 years and I had to find a new one only because my insurance was not acceptable anymore because of a very minor mixup on billing. At (this time need an email for my new Pain Management Dr sent to me just stating the fact of David Siegel is released from my care based on non acceptance of insurance.)……..
This Dr is horrible 1st time i talked to him he kept swearing and saying he didn't have parts of my records which he did find after i told him he had it and he was ready to do a procedure on me on the 2nd time id deal with him he called me before the procedure and he was looking at someone else's lower back MRI scans to do my procedure so he would've screwed up my procedure and possibly paralyze me NEVER GO USE HIM he also took a month and a half and many many calls from me and my primary doctor's office to finally contact m... read more
This "Doctor" needs some help. If anyone cares about him they should do an intervention. He is not mentally well. You learn early on to request to be his first patient because if not you will wait 3-4 hours to be seen. He goes down so many rabbit holes that you dare not ask a question. Needs to retire and enter some kind of treatment. Youve been warned.

Told Dr. W and put in writing I was seeking a 2nd opinion at SWMC.He said fine but when I went for next appt he started screaming at me at the front window, calling me a drug addict, that I went Dr shopping. His nurse was selling his Rx pads; I told him.He didn’t care & said she was his mistress. Crazy!
Unsure about him as a Doctor. I understand wanting to get to know your patients better but don't overbook yourself. We don't get paid 3 hours to wait. Front desk lady Zola needs to go. She understands nothing medical nor does she care. You can ask one question and the answer will be a fully different question you didn't even ask.
Worst doctor ever don't go to him he is a idiot. We waited 2 hours for nothing he didn't help me at all in fact he made me cry because he was belittling me hurt my feelings I will NEVER step foot in that office again even if he was the last man on earth You see I didn't say doctor cause he is a quack STAY AWAY FROM HIM IF YOU ARE SMART. I live in Garland Texas.
Long waiting time. Doesn't listen to patient thinks he knows how you feel in your body. Very rude to his staff. Big staff turn around every month New staff members it seems like. Needs to be shut down doesn't know how to treat people. Thinks everyone is selling their medication
I wouldn't send my dog to this doctor. As a former employee I can tell you that his unprofessional behavior described in other reviews is 100% on point. Yelling, cursing, and belittling his employees in front of patients. I think he may have some type of mental illness. I am surprised after all these years he is still allowed to practice medicine. Please stay away from this doctor..
