The customer service is horrible. I was told one month ago that my part was on back order. I was told two weeks later that the part is in stock and that it will take them another two week to ship it to me???? I guess someone was going to walk it across the country to my house. Now keep in mind that my washer is not even a year old and will not power on. This work is under warranty. They offer my an extended warranty for my inconvenience. That is great because by the time the get my part I am sure I will be out of both warran... read more
For anyone reading this review, this location is not a manufacturing facility. This is a customer care center with great employees. Good work/life balance with decent pay and benefits. If you're looking for an office center environment career, check it out!
Cool place to work. Great people and definitely a career based atmosphere. Would recommend 10/10 for work.
