From my experience, Dr Whipple is a brilliant psychiatrist. I am enrolled at Acumen and have had a lot of interaction. When I got an evaluation he recommended changes in my medications that were very helpful. He hadn't known me long at that point; he knows his psychopharmacology. In my view he a great psychiatrist. I may be biased because Acumen Institute has played such a positive role in my life.
I do not believe he deserves even a fraction of one star. Dr. Whipple was cold, arrogant and contemptuous. He showed zero empathy. I would never choose to see him again under any circumstances, except perhaps to see him lose his license at a state medical board meeting.
