Ordered 2 different arrangements for a friend going through depression near this flower shop. I called to check on them, and was told by Kylie they would make sure they got delivered with a smile, and they would doll them up for recipient to be delivered on DEC 23rd. I paid a deposit for wedding flowers. The owner of this business cut all contact and will not respond to any attempt at contact. I even showed up to her business (which is also her home). We had to figure out how to get flowers for our wedding and lost over $1000. Do not do business with Kylee it is not worth the risk. An update: After several months of trying to contact Kylee she finally texted us back. She had the gall to try and get us to proceed with her (after we ordered flowers through a different florist). I get flowers here regularly, and they never disappoint. Kylee is super reliable and always comes through. Her arrangements are beautiful every time and always surprise me !
