I am not sure what kind of people you have working there I don't know if you're short-staffed I'm very understanding I work in the restaurant industry but the last three times that I've ordered through doordash everything has been wrong, this last time was final straw, I ordered the Reuben sub hot with Swiss and provolone and added grilled onions, the sub was completely cold cheese was not even close to being melted smothered in mustard and I didn't even have swiss cheese on there everything was cold even though I hit the ho... read more
What a dumb concept! Add a computer that I can place my order on instead of a brown paper bag and a yellow card, which yall were out of! Turn the music off because your staff goes in the back and obviously can't hear people when they come in the store. I had to call the phone number to get someone to come out. Also the next person that came out to take my order talks so low I can't hear her with all the noise including music and some other machine running.
