It’s a chain, so you get what you get. I tried to sub ham instead of pepperoni offering to pay more and was cut off immediately “no substitutions” wierd for a chain…. Two girls working were just obviously not trying to help anyone. Overall just a shitty place. Jersey mikes is right around the corner. Probably cheaper too…
Over priced jersey mikes is way better asked for bacon and got charged for it but they're wasting any bacon on my sub
The service and lack of is the reason I came to write a review, which I don’t do often. When we came in there were about 8 people sitting without food and waiting. The staff had zero urgency or care that there were orders piling up and continued to move slowly. We got 2 sandwiches and had to wait extra for one because they were out of turkey. They had to be reminded that we got a kids drink as well as 2 fries. They then only gave us one fry and we had to wait again for the other. Sandwiches were below average.
