I ordered a standard philly. First off, having to peel soaking paper off of a sandwich before eating it was not appetizing at all. It was so salty I could only eat a few bites. I took it to go, but if I had tried to eat that thing in the restaurant I would have requested a refund. Worst sandwich I've had in years
First to Anthony, my sweet GrubHub driver, YOU HAVE ORBS thank you! For being so very brave and calling me to let me know you were so afraid and uncomfortable. May you always be blessed. Second, this location straight up verbally assaulted my GrubHub driver and had no remorse. He came in to pick up my order and was told it would be 10 minutes. The manager, a black male was very hostile and rude, he even tried to fight a door dash driver while I was there. I did not end up eating at The Establishment because of the whole event. This gentleman said that he was the manager and he behaved in a very improper and unprofessional manner. He was very aggressive and one of his coworkers had to restrain him because he was so irate with this doordash driver who in my opinion did nothing wrong.
