If I could leave a 0 star I would. I made an online order and scheduled it for pickup in store. My gf went to pick up the order and the girl working the counter was completely disrespectful and rude to my gf and told her they couldn’t make our sandwiches as ordered, refused to help her re-order the sandwiches there, and then ignored her with any further assistance to the point that my gf left and walked out without our food and the loss of the $40. Why would you only have 2 employees working on one of the busiest nights? And to top it off the French fry machine is down? Tonight is the Norfolk Christmas parade and every other restaurant had more than 2 employees working. While waiting 20 + minutes for my food more than 10 people walked out in frustration.
