The Superfood Which was delicious, but the service was not anything special.
VEGAN FRIENDLY!!! Eating outside was very relaxing, the music playing created a wonderful atmosphere, I had the super food which with Vegan black bean patty, fresh avocado, jalapeño hummus, quinoa and roasted red peppers wrapped in a spinach tortilla. 800 cal. it was so yummy I definitely recommend trying it. Staff was delightful!
This is a good alternative to Subway as the meat is not processed. The process is super simple too. All you do is grab a bag to the corresponding meat and check mark whatever toppings, bread, and size you want. I love this versus having to say every topping at Subway. The also do thin bread and lettucewichs for people on a diet. My only complaint is the bread selection which consists of white and wheat. I would love for them to try something with a little for finesse.
Great place to come get a sandwich at the Summit!
