I love everything about my 1 bedroom apartment-- the lighting, the space, the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, the big walk-in closet! Verified Renter It's a great location and the management is friendly. You will have their support in making your stay as comfortable as possible, and they will go out of their way to help you. The Durham bus station is right opposite the apartment so that is very convenient as well. Highly recommend the community as your residence.

Walking distance from some of the best eateries and spots in downtown Durham, including the American Tobacco Campus and 9th street, I would definitely recommend this community for stay. Houses are well ventilated and maintenance concerns are promptly addressed (trust me, this is a very big relief since you don't need to follow-up repeatedly). Ben and Ana in particular have been so kind and helpful from the first day I contacted them with questions about leasing all the way through moving into my unit. It is in a great location with great proximity to everything downtown while maintaining very reasonable rent. I couldnt be happier with my decision to move to Whetstone!
