Needed a tent and tables/chairs for a holiday party and Wheres Da Party was prompt, courteous, and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use them again. :)

The owners are the sweetest people ever! They were so helpful during the whole wedding planning process. When severe weather struck on the day of my outdoor wedding and we had to move the ceremony to a different location, they were happy to bring and set up the ceremony chairs to a different location, and made sure our tent and lighting were secure at the outside reception. We are so thankful we used this company and will use again!

Very Disappointed, We used them for our wedding 3 years ago, and had no issues, We recommended them to our friends, for there wedding, and they have been horrible! Won't return phone calls, and just bumped them out of there reservation cause of a bigger wedding, for more money. That is not great customer service! That's GREED! SHAME!

We have been working with the customer that you recommended, but after reminding them to give deposits, they waited 15 days prior to their event to make the deposit/reservation. By then, most of the items they wanted were already reserved by others who did give deposits. We cannot secure reservations without deposits (this was explained to the customer from the beginning).
