We rented 300 white folding chairs for Christmas Eve and they all had rusted legs and scuffed seats. There was black spray paint on the bottom legs. Some of them weren't even white anymore. They were unusable. They said they couldn't give us another batch because those were actually their best looking ones and they didn't have any more or anything else that we could get. No refund or discount. What a shame.
Used them for our wedding. They arrived on time to set up our tent. It was in perfect condition. Very friendly crew. Rented chairs for a big Thanksgiving dinner. Pick up was quick and easy. Very competitive prices. Great local business to work with. Would use them for any party needs.
RecommendedI had a last minute reservation for my sons 4th birthday party and they went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed at an amazing price I would recommend this place very much they are amazing!
Had the best experience with this company. We use them for my nieces wedding this past weekend and was not disappointed. On Friday we had a really bad storm that destroyed our decorations and part of the big tent. The owners came right after the storm and fixed the tent for us. The owners were super nice and accommodating. Will recommend them to anyone and definitely will use them again. -Moraima

We booked Where's Da Party for our recent wedding and could not be happier. Customer service was absolutely amazing! I had to change my order multiple times and received excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We would happily recommend Where's Da Party for anyone looking for rentals. Very sweet, professional, and accommodating.
I rented a bounce house, water slide combo, tables, chairs, and a snow cone machine. Great customer service all around. Tanya was very helpful when I popped into the showroom without an appointment. The worked with my request to have everything delivered the day before so I had time to set up (and so my daughter could enjoy the bounce house a little longer!).
