Been trying to reach out to them for a quote..never called or emailed me back after multiple attempts
RecommendedParts departs, Danny and mike is very helpful. They are on top of it and following up parts order and great pricing. Service Gary is very knowledgeable about parts and I can come to ask him questions about what is recommended for the bikes. Sales depart, Jc was going out of his way to help me get my motorcycle with this covid back order. He would answer my calls and follow up on the status.
I like wheels in motion in Ann arbor but lately I have been trying for 4 days, calling at multiple different times during the day to talk to them on the phone but every time it says line busy and hangs up on me. Would be good to update phone system to at least be able to put someone on hold. This is rediculous.
By going out of business would be the best thing this shop could do. The manager of the store is rude and arrogant, he has no idea what customer service is. he's exempt from manners and represents himself like a homeless person. JT believes talking on the phone and talkingto his friends and coworkers is his job not selling bikes. I waited 15 minuets before he acknowledged my present telling me to put on a make while no one else has one on including himself and all staff members. Has been over a week waiting for a call back. Apparently Sam had better sells to make. Sent over all paper work required and never got back with any numbers.
Very poor customer service and false advertising. Offered full price on a CanAm they had advertised for sale and they then raised the price another $2000 over the listed price on the internet and refused to honor their listed price.
Best prices in the valley. and do not be afraid to ask Danny for the Drag Specialties book. They're dealers for all the major parts distributors, Parts Unlimited/Drag Specialties, Tucker Rocky/Biker's Choice, Western Power Sports/V Twin Power, e.t.c, e.t.c...
Great staff! They don’t have something you wanna ride, you really don’t want to ride friend, you’d be better going to a scooter shop
