My wife and I lived here for nearly two years until I finished college. I’m that time, we had numerous issues with the management and the way they do things (including deleting my wife’s original review of the property). Firstly, they added over one hundred dollars to our monthly rent payment stating it would cover renovations and upgrades that would arrive soon. My husband and I have lived at Wheeling Manor for two years now. Here is some honest feedback on our time here: Pros: • Awesome location to get anywhere in Muncie pretty quickly. The apartments are right off of McGalliard, and only a few minutes drive away from Ball State and Ball Memorial Hospital. • The apartments are spacious, albeit very dated, and reasonably priced for the amount of square footage you get. • There’s plenty of parking for you and for any guests you may have over. • The maintenance guys and office employe... read more
