Been meaning to write a review. PJ honestly was one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had. He listened to me ( I had a bit of a fixer-upper) and totally validated what I was seeing and feeling with my hair. He gave it the exact thing it needed to feel more movement and lighter. He's super intuitive~~~ And extremely kind. Update - the salon fixed the cut as much as possible, thank you, it looks much better. I changed the rating from a one star to 4. I appreciate the Salon reaching out and making it right with a different stylist. — The photo says it all - there is no way that anyone should have left the salon looking like this. Initially I thought they did ok but once we got outside in the sunlight we could see how poorly the cut was done. This was definitely a $15 Best Cuts quality cut for $100.
Tatum does me right every single time, she knows how to cut my curls perfectly. The whole staff seems very knowledgeable and makes my monthly haircut a joy to have done. I could not express how happy I am to be a customer here.
