Dr. Mailey and his team always make me feel well cared for and considered as a person. The staff have gone out of their way to help me with issues when he wasn't available for an urgent matter (special shout out to Dr. Akerman - he's a hoot!). Hours are incorrect, I called 3:30 and they're already closed. Not able to reach the office staff.
I visited 3 times there, once Doctor Owen White asked to do a laboratory but did not mention beforehand there's extra lab fee, no one contacted me about the lab result, I got the result only when I visited another time to the reception. poor service
Dr. Putland and his Team are fantastic! They have been taking excellent care of my family for years. Dr. Putland is very proactive and always takes the time to explain things to us in understandable terms. We feel very fortunate and have complete confidence in Dr. Putland & his Team. Thank you!
