They are really bad! We had issues with our second purchase of a woodburner! They never gave us papers for the $100.00 rebate that we were supposed to receive. They took the guts from our propane fireplace that they were supposed to fix and after seven phone calls to see what was going on we gave up! They don't return phone calls after they get your money! Don't buy anything from Wheelers. They are just about getting your money
I PURCHASED A SUNSETTER AWNING. I HAD IT INSTALLED TOO LOW, AND HAD THEM MOVE IT UP 3 FOOT HIGHER. IT TOOK 2 PEOPLE 1 1 /2 HOURS. I WAS CHARGED $350.00. THAT IS $262.50 PER HOUR FOR 2 PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL $150.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE IS MUCH MORE THAN A FAIR INSTALLATION CHARGE.
Been waiting on my order for a month. Horrible customer service. Getting the run around about talking to someone else every time I talk to them. Attempting to get my money back.
