What is with these people? They have a great opportunity to sell and provide service for a great number of people in the are, as well as having a very profitable business, but they have managed to do the poorest possible job at it. They are hardly ever open, they don’t show up when they say they will, and they sure never return a call. Not sure what’s wrong, but definitely something is. This company’s recording picks up the phone, but they do not return your call. After many attempts to contact them, a gentleman answered and apologized. He then scheduled an appointment, but then did not show up—or call to say he would not come. We tried to reschedule, but they did not return our calls. We found someone else to do the maintenance we needed. They’re either out of business—or should be, in my opinion.

They never return phone calls and never can get service. Have left several messages for Mark (the owner) never calls back. I would NEVER recommend them. Horrible service!!!

worst customer service ever! Doesn't return calls. Took off work 3 different times for a total of 10 hours, and the fire place that they installed still won't work. It's only 4 years old. Should have gone with Youngstown propane.

I purchased a Sunsetter awning from them and have been waiting over a year for parts to fix it ! Every time I call I am told that they will call back but they never do ! Also have left messages with no luck either!

Absolutely terrible customer service! They have No-showed two calls to come out and see if they can fix our fireplace or if we need a new unit! When I call the woman who answers the phone is extremely unhelpful, says she will call you back and NEVER does. It seems to me that everything to them is an inconvenience and they must not need business that bad!

I was their very first customer, and then also bought a beautiful full fireplace, they've always been very helpful.
