I’ve applied and been on the waitlist with them since 2024 a whole year ??? When I call they just saw we going down the list of who been on here longer but they have 3 available spots for a 2 bedroom on there website they do a poor job with communication I’ve been calling them almost everyday and emailing them and it’s hard to get a response . A friend is has been dealing with no hot water for 9 days because of a malfunctioning water heater. The water heater has become a fire hazard. Do better for your residents.
The office is always closed. You can't get anything accomplished because of this and the number listed for the office is not in service. Very unprofessional.
