I moved here about 3 years ago because my unit has partial concrete flooring for an art studio. I work as a professional artist. I live on the first floor and my upstairs neighbors have never been an issue. Most neighbors I never see (I think they work nights?), but the ones I do see are quiet and kind. Great place to live! The location makes my commute to work easy, and there are plenty of great restaurants and nightlife just minutes away. I also love the unique design of the apartments—they have a lot more character than your typical apartment complex. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable place to call home.
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The building is spacious, and I love the electronic key access because it makes the property feel secure and convenient. The underground parking garage is a huge bonus, especially during bad weather. Maintenance has always been quick, friendly, and efficient whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it.
Nightmare!!! The walls are so thin that sleeping can be impossible. You can hear everything, especially when the neighbors play music or watch TV all night with a full sound system. I can’t wait until my lease is up, and I’m honestly considering breaking it.
Shady neighborhood, thin walls, and the management is absolutely horrible. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity. My former roommate lived here several years ago and had a similar experience. There are much better options in Fountain Square.
