Had appointment for new tires, kept vehicle all day, no new tires! Unhelpful, unsympathetic staff. Never again!
Till now i thought weel works in rohnert park was a good place for 2 years i have been going there but i tuk my truck on friday to get it done from the right side tier but they did the left side i lost a day of work and now i have to take it on wensday and again lose a day of work
The last time I took my car here was for a routine oil change; got my car back and now my ac sounds like a lawnmower. The manager was not helpful at all and the customer service line was useless, don't bring your car here. This place used to be decent under the old manager, the new one (Ryan) isn't interested in fixing his mistakes. When I initially told them of my problem on the phone, the person said to bring it back the for an inspection; I end up getting rescheduled because the proper technicians aren't there.
