Even though I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, I'm giving them 5 stars because my communication with this dealer was very positive. I emailed asking about a 2010 Honda Element and they got back to me in short order. I spoke to the same salesperson, Adam, every time, which was very nice, and he had no problems answering my questions or providing me paperwork such as a buyer's order for financing purposes. I am a repeat customer, bought my first Toyota Tacoma through them in 2009 and just upgraded to a Toyota Tundra. Adam Fayssoux searched nonstop for the right vehicle for me until I finally picked one. the guys at wheel city are very welcoming but not pushy. If they can't help they will tell you and not try to sell you something you don't want. Love these guys and can't thank them enough for doing all the legwork for me.
