Very honest and helpful
Great experience. The sales person was extremely helpful and took time in working through my questions and concerns. He even sent additional pics of the vehicle so I could better understand the condition prior to my travel to the dealership. He was very fair, and left me thankful for my experience with Wheel City Motors.
Good communication but no response after inquiring about financing
What a great experience! I basically bought the van via the phone. Chris, took the time to do a virtual walkthrough of the vehicle pointing out everything about the unit. It made me feel good about my decision to buy it. So much so, I jumped on a plane to go close the deal amd drive the van back home. Great experience!!! The van itself is just as advertised. Looking forward to buying our next vehicles from them.
I,am up in the air with this car as I had one and enjoyed it . I 'am still deciding on this car . the call back was very fast, and very informative about the car. car looks great ;fair price still want to wait until the corona virus issue resolves.
