Er visits are never a good thing, but simple things can lead to a better quality of care. This is the second time I've had to visit this er in a few years and the cleanliness is questionable. Appearance of blood on the blood pressure cords, visibly dirty floor and lack of dusting in the bed frames leads to a few questions. Now, I know an ER can be a busy place and nobody is perfect, but the combination of these three things consistently over a large period of time makes me believe cleanliness is not of importance to the ER. ... read more
