I am writing to formally address a profound and unacceptable failure in patient care and communication regarding my elderly relative’s scheduled surgery. We extended grace after the first last-minute rescheduling due to clinic conflicts. They are very friendly. Dr M is great with my 89yo Dad. Dad asks a lot of repeat questions and Dr M always answers them kindly.
I’ve gotten EXCELLENT care here at Wheaton Eye Clinic. If you need an ophthalmologist this is definitely the place to come.
