Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I don't always count on them to be there for me. They don't really take that extra step to follow up. They say they will call and never do. I'm just another client to them. Dr. Wheatley always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on her. She and her staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Everyone in my community knows that Dr. Wheatley is the absolute best in the field. She is very knowledgeable in the field of medicine, and very compassionate, thorough, non-judgemental and open-minded.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort.
