I have been to many dentist's throughout my life and all of them pale in comparison to the leadership and staff at Boynton Family Dental!
You won't find better customer service or a better dentist anywhere. I continued to come back for my cleanings after moving to Tennessee because I refused to see anybody else! So glad to be back in the area!
There are so many great things about this practice! From the moment you walk in the business staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist that took care of me was very thorough and friendly throughout the entire visit. She explained everything that she was doing and the reasoning for doing so now that we are expecting a little one. As always, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I am a total weakling when it comes to the slightest pain involving my teeth. What should have been something relatively short took much longer since I requested another numbing shot anytime I experienced pain. Dr. Houlik and Cecila stuck with me until 6:15 when they finished up. Both were very nice, gracious, and understanding. This is why my family and I go to Boynton Family Dental.
On May 5, 2021 Dr. Boynton and his team installed an implant replacing one of my front teeth. They were very professional and made me as comfortable as possible during the procedure. A temporary tooth was made during my visit on their state-of-the art Cerec machine from three dimensional computer generated solid models from scanned images of my teeth. Margaret the dental assistant and Dr. Boynton were great. They both took care of me and made me feel at ease. The lady who administered the anesthesia was great as well. I am very pleased with the entire experience today.
Great about getting me in when I have a dental crisis. Always warm and welcoming. Great people.
