Michelle came outside to tell me to come on in, even though it was too early for my appointment. We laughed and enjoyed seeing one another; once inside the exam was thorough and interspersed with several more laughs and nods (we've known one another a long time). I received a good report tooth-wise so we could afford to get caught up on family, how we are handling Covid, etc. Michelle is really the only staff member I know well but feel comfortable saying that whomever you have providing your service will be well qualified.
My April 27 th appointment was cancelled due to COVID 19 I rescheduled for August 31st. When I arrived they said I didn't have a appointment. So the very nice ladies at the front desk squeezed me in at 4pm. Michelle was kind enough to stay late and take care me. The whole staff there is very friendly and helpful.
I can very comfortably say that all of my visits to Boynton Family Dental Arts have been great. This dental cleaning and checkup was a rare shining event during this 2020 pandemic because the office staff handled safety precautions with grace and professionalism. Michelle, the dental hygienist I have been blessed to know for some years, takes superb care of her patients and provided sparkling conversation that made the appointment fly by. I drive 2 1/2 hours to Boynton Family Dentistry when my other dentist is literally about 100 steps away from where I work. Why? Because they are tops with modern day dental care. I got my old mercury filling removed (they used a rubber dam) and a new crown on the same day. Who does that? They are also very sensitive to their patient's concerns and they have a cute mascot, Barron, to lie at your feet in case you have any dental anxiety. 4 thumbs up!!
