Dr.Peters and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their love of animals is apparent and the well being of the animal is obviously number 1. So thankful to have found this wonderful place and will take Kiki and future pets there for years to come. Thank you for a great experience!

Dr Maggie and Dr Chris are both amazing! They understand that there is no one size fits all approach and do not force anything on the pawrents. Every visit we’ve had, everyone is caring and patient, you’re not just another number. We’ve moved and will still drive almost an hour for the care we get here. Special thanks to Dr Chris for taking such great care of my baby today for his neuter!
Dr Faith is an awesome Vet!
Ever since moving to the suburbs in 2005, we’ve brought our pets to Wheatland Animal Hospital. Dr. Faith is so attentive, compassionate, caring, and engaging. He’s supportive and helped us with very difficult decisions as our pets aged and passed, as well as celebrated new fur baby additions to our family as well! If you’re looking for a place that provides high quality service with excellent compassion, this is your place!
I just wanted to say how great everyone at this location is, especially Dr. Peters! I live more than an hour away but didn’t mind the drive when I knew my dog was in great hands. Dr Peters extended Blackie’s life by always managing his medications for heart failure very well. Sadly, Blackie has gone to doggy heaven. Once Dr. Peters found out, he and his staff sent us a card and made a monetary donation to a veterinary school in memory of my companion! We recently moved to the area and feel fortunate to have found Wheatland Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, we became patients at a time when our older dog was sick. Dr. Faith and Dr. Chris helped us through that difficult time with so much compassion. Every staff person we've encountered has been above and beyond friendly and helpful. We can't say enough good things!
