Great landlords to me!
I am not sure what happened with the other people that wrote the poor reviews, but here is what I can tell you about my recent experience with this property (2019-2020). This complex has cleaned up A LOT since 4-5 years ago. The maintenance team and apartment manager (James, Kenny and Louise) have made a concerted effort to rent to people who they would feel safe with their children around, and quickly get rid of people who they wouldn't, all while maintaining the grounds and units consistently and professionally. Worst landlord ever no accountability very rude very disrespectful will give noise complaint violations and comply or vacate notices over children being children playing in their home does not return phone calls does not have any contact information on their website do not rent from these people you will be screwed over
Terrible place to rent from. Lived there for 3 years and they towed my car even though they knew my car!!! The janitor guy Kenny is a piece of work also. Good luck if you live in any of their apartments! Also bad area in Bellingham. Break INS stealing assaults murders s drugs. But the apartments on woburn St are dives!!!
