resident of Bellingham, Wa Poor service and knowledge from Escrow agent, Ashley was the name. Other agents may be more recommendable but I had poor luck and will choose a different title company in the future.
Provide a clean title without easement issues that result in the property being unbuildable. I live next door on the same vacated easements. WLT cannot figure out how to do what has already been done on the property next door.

WLT has an amazing team & service. The staff is so knowledgeable & very friendly! I love that they are flexible and have a mobile escrow department. By far they stand above all the other titles companies!
